Service Description
CPS Training provides state-mandated security training both in person and via Zoom. We offer convenient virtual sessions by appointment, with online classes occurring weekly from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. **For New Jersey Law Enforcement Officers:** While officers are exempt from training, they must register if they are working in private security outside their department. **Training Programs Offered:** We offer the following certification course: - Initial 24-hour SORA training for new applicants **Registration Requirements:** To begin virtual training, candidates must provide: - A valid government-issued photo ID - A SORA Application Number - A digital photo Law enforcement officers must also submit a copy of their departmental photo ID. **Refund Policy:** CPS Training is dedicated to delivering quality service. However, refunds are not available once training is completed. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information entered in the New Jersey State Police (NJSP) web portal is accurate. CPS Training is not liable for errors made during the NJSP application process. Refunds will not be issued if the NJSP declines a SORA license.

Cancellation Policy
Please note to receive your SORA and CPR Certifications, you must attend the entire initial training session. If you cannot attend a class due to unseen events or emergencies, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at least 8 hours before the scheduled class time. Informing us of your absence will assist us in rescheduling the class to complete your certification. If you miss one class without notice, you will forfeit your certification, and your payment will be non-refundable.
